This proves that insulin resistance is in the gut. I ate regular rice pasta last night. Oy! I ate my special probiotic yogurt I make, and ate my fermented krout. I took my probiotics this morning at 7:30am. Nothing else. Until my tea at 1:30. And my sugar is now 92 on its own. In the past it would have been 150, 175, and recently it’s been 130, 120. Getting better. This shows me you really are what you eat.

Just and fyi. I fixed my reflux (no meds) with making my own probiotic yogurt, and fermented vegetables. It’s the key! Replace the good gut bacteria you have lost. But you can’t just do it once and done. It needs to be a staple. The store bought stuff is no where near as strong or as good. It’s not hard. It’s super fun and easy. 😉😘Besides a healthier diet. Which I had already done. This was the missing link. I had taken probiotics for years and drank kefir and bought stuff. And when I started this that really fixed my gut! I highly recommend Super Gut by Dr. William Davis, to anyone with any health issues. Actually all his books are premo! 👍
