Bountiful Acres Garden Center

Bountiful Acres Garden Center Bountiful Acres is a family-owned nursery, garden center, and full-service landscaping company in the heart of Bucks County, PA.

Established in 1955, we are known for our exceptional, high-quality plants, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bountiful Acres has been a Bucks County landmark in Buckingham, PA since 1955. Starting as a roadside produce market, Bountiful Acres has gradually evolved into a premier garden center and nursery covering six beautiful acres. Bountiful Acres stocks quality nursery and garden plants, garde

n supplies, tropical and indoor foliage plants, aquatic plants, statues, furniture, fountains, bulk and bagged soils and mulches. The services we provide include: landscape design and installation, commercial snow plowing, and bulk mulch and topsoil delivery. In 2003, we began lining out our own trees to cultivate. Through proper pruning and growing practices we are now proudly harvesting strong healthy locally grown trees. Each year we are gaining more property and increasing our selection. It is our vision to provide our customers with quality material that is accustom to the local soil while maintaining Bucks County’s agrarian roots. Bountiful Acres is professionally recognized by organizations such as: the Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, Master Nursery Garden Centers, and National Association of Remodeling Industry.

Farmer Dana is back on his tractor! The Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch have been planted for our Pumpkin Harvest Festival!

Its always exciting to see our farming equipment back in the fields! This planter is from the 1940's and still used today to plant our seeds for the festival.

Can't wait to see it all in October!

🦋 We're wrapping up Pollinator Week with a true garden favorite—the butterfly.

From monarchs to swallowtails, butterflies bring beauty, movement, and important pollination benefits to our landscapes. The best way to support them is by planting a mix of nectar plants and host plants throughout your garden.

A few butterfly favorites include milkw**d, coneflower, bee balm, blazing star, and Joe-Pye w**d.

Thank you for celebrating Pollinator Week with us and for helping create habitats that support pollinators all season long.

🌿 Pollinator Week: Native Plant Favorites

If you want to support pollinators, start with native plants.

These garden favorites provide food and habitat for butterflies, bees, hummingbirds, and other beneficial insects while thriving in our local landscape.

Some of our favorites:
🦋 Milkw**d – Essential for monarch butterflies
🐝 Bee Balm – A magnet for bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds
🌸 Coneflower – Long-lasting blooms packed with nectar
💜 Blazing Star (Liatris) – A favorite of butterflies and native bees
🌼 Black-Eyed Susan – Reliable color and pollinator appeal
🌿 Joe-Pye W**d – Tall, dramatic, and buzzing with life in late summer

Planting even a few native species can turn your garden into a pollinator hotspot while adding beauty all season long.

Which native plant is your favorite?

🐝 Pollinator Spotlight: Bumblebees

Did you know bumblebees can "buzz pollinate"?

By vibrating their flight muscles, they shake loose pollen from flowers like tomatoes, peppers, blueberries, and many native plants. It's a skill that many other pollinators can't perform.

Bumblebees are gentle, hardworking, and some of the most effective pollinators in our gardens. Providing a variety of flowering plants from spring through fall helps support them throughout the season.

Next time you see one moving from bloom to bloom, take a moment to appreciate one of nature's hardest workers.
