MTO Bath & Tile Showroom seeks a reliable Sales Associate, Knowledge of Porcelain and Marble Tiles products preferred. Bathroom decorating and interior design experience a plus.

Responsibilities
· Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
· Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
· Advises customers by providing information on products.
· Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
· Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
· Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
· Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
· Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
· Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Ideal candidate must have:
· strong communication and customer service skills
· Basic mathematical and computer skills
· Detail oriented and highly organized
· Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
· Work well under high pressure with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
