Thanks to the Resource Exchange on N. American St for helping to provide some of the second hand materials we've used to create enclosures for our little crickeys. The smaller we can keep the enclosures, and the more insulated, the less energy and water we need to input into them to keep the crickets healthy.

Roasted crickets added a nice textural element and nutty flavor to this post workout breakfast burrito. Tasty!!
