✨You may have noticed some changes around here lately! After nearly a year of work behind the scenes, I’m so excited to finally share a closer look at the new brand identity for Surry Hills.

Growing up as the daughter of an art and antique dealer, my personal taste has always been rooted in the past. I wanted this branding to be a love letter to the Art Deco period—full of rich, saturated tones and golden accents—while honoring the natural beauty of the earth.

Living in Philly, we’re surrounded by incredible vintage history. It made me realize that crystals and minerals are truly the original vintage. Brand designer, Kylie, captured this perfectly with our new tagline: “Geologically Vintage”. Even our new sunburst icon is a small nod to the hidden rainbows found within the stones.

I will do a deep dive later in our branding process and all the elements. I hope you love this new chapter as much as I do.

We are a little obsessed with this 2025 find. Morganite from Brazil is usually never this pink and the quality is amazing. The clarity and the etching on some of them is 🔥

Not only that we have two absolutely insane and very unique cleavelandite/morganite statement queens. These are really uncommon. We have been hoarding them since the Tucson gem show and are so excited to finally show them ❤️
