Hey EstVenuDeRien family,
Any autism parents going through the I wanna be independent phase? Don’t matter what age. I love that they wanna be independent because we’re not always going to be here. But baby lol

So my baby is hitting her teenager stages soon. {This was last week.} Helped put everything together helped set it on the timer. Now I walked away to use the bathroom I come back to check on it to flip everything. She done did it plus added salt 🙄😂🤷🏼‍♀️ I should have known better because I can’t leave a lot of my seasonings that she really like in my cabinets or pantry. My ass leaves the salt on the counter 🥴🤦🏽‍♀️

Me~ you sure because,.. I’m pretty sure i didnt flip anything or added salt 🤔
Her~ I think i only flipped it for you that’s it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Me~ I think you did a little more than that🤦🏽‍♀️
Her~ 👀 goes to her room skipping up the stairs

And of course I took all that salt off. I call her down to come get her plate. Now she thinks she got away with it. Looks at her plate 😶 then looks at me 🤔 whose salty now I said & walked away😎 we both start laughing 🤣😂😂

Life tried to throw everything at me at once these past few weeks, crazy mornings and all the chaos in between, but showing up, being honest, and doing my best really matters. Back at it today, grateful for the wake ups. Thing’s are going to get hard but today’s a new day,..& yesterday was yesterday!

Growing up watching my favorite shows CSI, criminal minds, cold case. Never in my life would I have pictured Someone close to me  just vanish with no answer. Praying that her beautiful daughter & everyone else that was hurt by this situation gets justice.   

SHE WENT ON A WEEKEND TRIP WITH A “FRIEND” — AND NEVER CAME BACK

THE MURDER OF FRANCHESCA “CHEKA” ALVARADO
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania ➝ Atlantic City, New Jersey | March 17, 2012

Franchesca “Cheka” Alvarado was 22 years old — a devoted mother, a loving sister, and a vibrant young woman whose life ended in violence that has never been explained.

On March 17, 2012, Franchesca left Philadelphia for a weekend trip to Atlantic City with an older male acquaintance, Tracey Williams Sr. Only one person returned. Tracey Williams Sr. came back to Philadelphia. Franchesca never did.

Alarm set in quickly. Franchesca’s sisters, Tina and Frances, noticed her daily phone calls stopped without warning. Her daughter remained with a babysitter. Her apartment was untouched. Her phone was off. The silence was immediate and terrifying.

Her family did not wait. They flooded social media with her photos, printed flyers, organized searches, and pressed authorities for answers. They checked hospitals, shelters, and every place she might have gone. Nothing surfaced.

Franchesca’s cell phone was missing. Her laptop was never found. It was as if she had vanished completely.

In August 2013, more than a year later, a fisherman made a horrifying discovery at Corson’s Inlet State Park in Ocean City, New Jersey. An Adidas sneaker floated in the water. Inside was a fully intact human foot. Further searches recovered additional remains — her femur and tibia — washed ashore nearby. Franchesca’s sisters immediately recognized the shoe as hers.

To this day, Franchesca’s family has never been told how she died.

Police questioned Tracey Williams Sr. and Franchesca’s former roommate. No arrests were made. No suspects were publicly named. More than a decade later, accountability has never arrived.

Franchesca “Cheka” Alvarado did not disappear by choice.
She left for a short trip and never came home.
Pieces of her body washed ashore — and the truth never followed.

Her family is still waiting. Justice has not been served. And silence is not an answer.
