I'm located in Pflugerville, TX. I will post monthly sales with details on this page and on my Instagram page . I also accept custom orders. Please message me for details and to discuss options. All sales are final - no refunds, returns, or exchanges. As a cottage business, my marshmallows are made in a home kitchen and not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or

a local health department. Allergen info will be included on all labels. All of my marshmallows contain corn, and some include nuts or nut extracts. While I take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur as I do not operate an allergen-free kitchen. My sister wanted candy grapes, so she found a recipe, and we made some!! We used sour apple artisan for a super delicious flavor. 😋🍬🍇

Can't sleep for some reason (been up since 3am 🥱) so I'm posting early this morning.
Happy Mother's Day to all who celebrate. 💖

And if today is hard for you, I see you. 🫶 My mom died in December 2021, so days like today aren't always easy.

Most years I honor her with a marshmallow, but I've been in too much trigeminal neuralgia pain this year, so enjoy 2 from previous years:

🍐 Pistachio pear with white chocolate and edible rose petals: 2 flavors my mom loved and she also loved flowers. I made this one last year, so she never tried it.

🥥 Coconut snowball marshmallows: this was her absolute favorite flavor, and she'd ask for it alllllll the time. I only wish I had made it even more. ❤️

By now, y'all know I am ✨️obsessed✨️ with good matcha. While in Denver, I discovered Novo, which is a cool, inclusive café in a super cute neighborhood. Their matcha with cherry cold foam is top tier. Definitely give them a try if you're ever in town. 💚

Several people asked me to share photos from my presentation this week, so I wanted to share a few and explain a little about what we did.

I oversee a statewide mental health training program as part of my full time job. I work with 40 organizations across the state as they implement this life saving training. We decided to do a training demonstration for our presentation, acting out difficult situations, and then had an interactive discussion with our very full (!!!!!) audience about how they handle those situations. We called it the Twilight Zone because every instructor seems to encounter similar difficult situations over and over and over...

The audience laughed a lot, said they learned a lot from us and each other, and keep finding us in the hallways to tell us how much they loved it! 🧡🧡🧡

The Texas team also won a major award for the amount of training we do. I am so very proud to be part of this team and work with the fiercest mental health advocates across the state! My heart is so full. I still have 2 conference days left and am feeling so inspired. ✨️

Headed to Denver, Colorado for the largest mental health conference in the country tomorrow through Thursday (and I get to present! 😱 my full time job is in mental health 💚)... tell me all your recommendations!! Where's the best place to get matcha? Delicious restaurants? Any marshmallow shops or bakeries I need to try?
