Days like this are why I do it. Hosted an official stop on the Farm Trails Spring Tour. It was a great crowd, and the enthusiasm from folks about these Gravenstein creations has me feeling very grateful.

This Sunday, May 3rd, we’ll be at the Sebastopol Area Senior Center for the Farm Trails Spring Tour.

We’ll have a range of new Gravenstein apple sauces to taste, fresh apple pie with vanilla ice cream, and a place to sit down, cool off, and enjoy it.

Nikki Bell has been helping shape the visual language of Sebastopol for over 50 years.

If you’ve walked downtown, you’ve likely stood beneath her glass without realizing it.

This is her at home, surrounded by decades of paintings, glass, and sketches, sharing a book that pulls it all together.

We’ll be featuring her work on limited runs of our pastry boxes and labels soon.

She also hosts small piano gatherings in this room. With two grand pianos, a few musicians, the evening feels like it belongs to another time.

A line of Gravenstein apple–based sauces is taking shape: barbecue, mustard, pesto and more. Recipes are being refined and licensing is underway. Public release is getting close.

Out at the Petaluma market yesterday. Grateful for the conversations and the chance to share Gravensteins mid-winter with the community.

These pies are crafted from organic Gravenstein apples and a West County tradition of making things by hand, slowly, and with care.
