In light of the COVID-19 related closures and hospitality/travel slowdown, we wanted to take a moment to share an update about our business. Thank you for your support over the past few difficult months! It’s been wonderful creating unique local gifts to be shipped around the country. However, we are currently closing operations due to the slowdown, and focusing on other endeavors.
We’re thrilled to announce that Jessica has accepted a position with one of our favorite supplier partners, Torn Ranch. She’ll join the Sales team of this Petaluma-based company and use her hospitality and gifting experience to bring gourmet chocolates and confections, nuts and dried fruit to her new accounts. These include luxury hotels and retail, so she’s looking forward to connecting with many of you again in her new role!
Suzy is focusing on time with family (and distance learning with her daughters). There is something special in the works, though, so you will see a re-imagined version of Favor in the future! In the meantime, Suzy will run Favor’s social media, work on a few special projects, and help respond to inquiries and questions via our website, email and phone. Please just be patient as we’re responding a little more slowly than usual.
We have loved working together to bring beautiful, custom gifts to you and your clients and loved ones. This six-year journey has been nothing short of amazing! While the pandemic has created some changes, we’re looking forward to the journey ahead and keeping in touch with you all.
