Predator Derby!!!!!!!!
January 31st - February 1st 2026

* $100/Team
* 2 adults to a team, each team can have one youth hunter if they like
* Thermal/Night hunting is legal
* no trapping
* no snaring
* no using dogs
* have to follow MO rules
* coyote and Bobcat both worth 1 point
* Each team will be provided with a specific playing card suit and number the morning before the derby starts. You will need to have a card that matches the card you are drawn. A video must be taken of one of the team members showing the camera the card, then lifting the animal up and shaking it. A video must be taken for each animal brought to check in, if there is no video of an animal, the animal will be disqualified.
* 75% cash payback split 75/25 for 1st and 2nd
* Ties will be broke by heaviest coyote (1 dog)
*Start time is sunrise on January 31st 2026
* check in location will be Absolute Archery Center & Range 200 N French Ln Perryville mo 63775 Check in time is 6:00 am to 7:00 am on Sunday February 1st
IF YOU ARE LATE TO CHECK IN YOUR KILLS FOR THAT DAY DO NOT COUNT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VIDEO FOR EACH ANIMAL, THE ANIMAL YOU DO NOT HAVE A VIDEO FOR WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AS WELL

Anyone found to cheat, will be automatically disqualified with no refund.

These rules that have been posted are the rules. There will be no exceptions, changes, do overs, or “what abouts”

Absolute Archery Center & Range will be the final and only say on any issues.

YOUTH LEAGUE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!!!!

Got a child who is interested in archery? You will want to get them involved in our youth league!!! Got equipment? Great! Don’t have your own equipment? No problem, we have bows available for rent!

Ages 5-15

Schedule:
June 19th 6:00pm - 7:15pm
June 26th 6:00pm - 7:15pm
July 3rd 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
July 10th 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

The cost will be $65 per child. (Not including rental equipment) LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE
We will be shooting everything from Vegas Rounds, 5 spot rounds, and 3D rounds.

This league will be so much fun, and it will teach your kids about the competitive side of archery!

We want to thank all of those that participated in our 3rd annual predator derby! We had over 20 teams again this year! Over 50 coyotes total killed!

1st place with 18 points Josh Craft, Justin Mccollough, Hunter Mccollough

2nd place (tie broke by heaviest dog) with 8 points Justin Borgfield and Jake Derhake

3rd(tie broke by heaviest dog) Brandon Boyd and Anson Strickland
