Well it got me…us, I’m on day 9 of quarantine. I have a cough that comes and goes during the day but at night it takes its toll. I get through it by using flonase and popping mucinex, and benadryl throughout the night. I am really trying to enjoy the time off of work, not gonna lie but honestly I’m tired, I’m too tired to do much of anything....

It’s okay to set goals just out of reach. Better to shoot high then too low. I start a lot of challenges and hate when I don’t finish or reach my goal but sometimes you gotta just call it and start a new thing. Set a new goal. Change it up. Accept and be proud of how far you made it....
