We want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who has shown patience, support, and interest in what we’re building at Sava.
This year hasn’t come without its challenges. As a family, we’ve faced our share of obstacles; but we firmly believe that triumph is born through hardship. Those moments have pushed us back to the drawing board, refining not just what we set out to do, but why we want to do it.
With that said, we’re fired up to share that Sava will be landing in Peoria Heights soon.
This next chapter gives us the opportunity to do things our way; creating a space that brings people together through food, culture, and experience. Expect indoor and outdoor seating, intimate in-kitchen chef-driven dinners, and events designed to foster real community.
We’re just getting started.
We’ll be announcing our exact location within the next month, along with a lineup of events, pop-ups, and provisions that reflect what’s ahead.
