The 3rd Annual Perdido Key Fishing Rodeo is set for October 2-4, and we’re excited to once again fish for a great cause!

This year’s rodeo will benefit Operation Tackle Box, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping combat veterans heal through the outdoors.

🇺🇸 About Operation Tackle Box 🇺🇸

Operation Tackle Box is a veteran-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to help veterans heal through fishing and the outdoors. Founded by combat veterans, the organization understands firsthand the challenges many veterans face after returning home.

Their motto, “Healin’ Through Reelin’,” reflects their belief that time spent on the water can provide peace, camaraderie, and healing. Through fishing expeditions, camping trips, outdoor adventures, and mentorship, Operation Tackle Box creates opportunities for veterans to reconnect, find support, and improve their quality of life.

The organization also helps veterans navigate benefits and resources they have earned through their service while building a strong community of veterans helping veterans.

Every dollar raised helps fund outdoor experiences, equipment, and programs that continue changing lives one trip at a time.

Whether you’re a seasoned angler or just enjoy a day on the water, this event is about more than fishing—it’s about giving back to those who have given so much for our country.

We're back on again yall! We'll be moving the dates back to the first weekend of October. This will be right in the middle of our fall transition time, so the inshore and offshore bite will be hot, unlike the summertime heat in July 🔥🔥
