🚨 RIDESHARE DRIVERS — FYND IS EXPANDING! 🚨

If you drive in Arizona, Idaho, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Ohio, or Alabama, we want to talk to you.

FYND Rideshare started in Pensacola, Florida, and with our new insurance program, we’re ready to expand into new cities across 7 states.

Now we need local drivers.

💰 YOU KEEP 75% OF EVERY FYND RIDE

🚘 YOUR MONTHLY INSURANCE COST:
• Up to 4 passengers — $80/month
• Up to 6 passengers — $90/month
• Luxury up to 4 — $100/month
• Luxury up to 6 — $110/month

FYND subsidizes 80% of the insurance cost, and you pay your portion directly through our insurance provider’s portal. We don’t hide it inside your ride earnings.

AND NO — WE DON’T EXPECT YOU TO BUILD OUR BUSINESS FOR US.

This is important.

If we decide to launch FYND in your area, we will spend the money necessary to get FYND legally compliant to operate in that market.

We will advertise and work to generate regular FYND ride requests for our drivers.

Your job isn’t to go find every passenger yourself.

You’ll be able to accept regular rides generated through FYND, while ALSO having the opportunity to build your own book of repeat customers.

That’s one of the biggest differences with FYND.

Meet someone who wants to continue riding with you?

Keep them as your customer.

Build relationships. Build repeat business. Set your own pricing for your direct bookings through FYND.

But building your own clientele is an opportunity — not a requirement.

📍 CURRENT EXPANSION STATES:

Arizona • Idaho • Florida • Tennessee • Georgia • Ohio • Alabama

And if you’re one of the first qualified drivers to help us establish FYND in your local area, we’ll talk with you about the opportunity to become an FYND Area Manager.

We need at least 3 qualified drivers total before launching a new local market.

You also do NOT have to quit Uber, Lyft, or the other apps you currently use.

Keep driving. Talk to us. Learn what we’re building. See if FYND makes sense for you.

🚨 HUGE FYND ANNOUNCEMENT — PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST 🚨

This is one of the biggest announcements we’ve made since starting FYND. Whether you’re a customer, current driver, or someone who’s considered driving with us, please read this all the way through.

FYND is officially entering its next chapter.

Those who have followed us know FYND has operated as a private transportation company, with drivers required to maintain their own commercial auto insurance coverage.

After a lot of work behind the scenes, FYND has partnered with a commercial auto insurance provider that allows us to carry the higher insurance requirements needed as we transition FYND into a rideshare company.

Yes — FYND is becoming a rideshare company.

But we’re NOT becoming another Uber or Lyft.

Our standards aren’t changing. We’re still going to be selective about our drivers, require clean and dependable vehicles, and prioritize reliability, communication and customer service.

🚗 NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT DRIVERS — BECAUSE OUR MODEL IS DIFFERENT.

You might immediately ask:

“Why would I pay a monthly amount to drive with FYND when I can turn on another rideshare app and drive without paying a monthly fee?”

That’s a completely fair question.

It comes down to how we’ve chosen to structure driver pay.

We discussed two options with our current drivers.

OPTION ONE:

FYND pays 100% of the insurance cost, but we take a larger percentage from every ride to cover it.

OPTION TWO:

FYND subsidizes the majority of the insurance cost, the driver pays a small fixed monthly portion, and the driver KEEPS 75% OF EVERY FYND FARE.

Our current drivers voted that they would rather have the predictable monthly insurance cost and keep the higher percentage.

So that’s exactly what we’re doing.

Driver portions are:

• Non-luxury, up to 4 passengers: $80/month
• Non-luxury, up to 6 passengers: $90/month
• Luxury, up to 4 passengers: $100/month
• Luxury, up to 6 passengers: $110/month

And we want to be EXTREMELY transparent about something:

YOU DO NOT PAY THAT MONEY TO FYND.

Drivers receive access to our insurance provider’s portal and pay their portion DIRECTLY TO THE INSURANCE PROVIDER.

FYND never collects your insurance payment.

We don’t add a markup.

We don’t take a cut of it.

And we don’t pocket the difference.

You can log into the insurance provider’s system yourself, see your coverage, and make your payment directly.

FYND subsidizes the majority of the remaining cost separately.

Why structure it this way?

Because we want drivers to know exactly where their money is going.

Your monthly insurance contribution isn’t a hidden FYND membership fee disguised as “insurance.”

It’s an actual insurance payment made directly to the company providing the coverage.

And once you’ve paid that fixed monthly amount, completing more FYND rides doesn’t make your insurance contribution increase.

You still KEEP 75% OF YOUR FYND FARES.

The more you drive, the more valuable that model can become.

And there’s another major benefit.

The program provides commercial rideshare coverage, including coverage for the driver’s vehicle and covered injuries, subject to the policy’s terms and conditions.

Eligible coverage can also extend to your Uber and Lyft rides at NO ADDITIONAL COST under the program.

So we’re not asking drivers to choose FYND OR Uber OR Lyft.

Drive Uber.

Drive Lyft.

Drive FYND.

We’re building FYND to be another source of income — with a model designed to let drivers keep more of what they earn.

🌎 AND FYND CAN NOW GROW BEYOND FLORIDA.

Our new structure opens the door for FYND to expand into:

ARIZONA · IDAHO · TENNESSEE · GEORGIA · OHIO · ALABAMA

We’re not launching everywhere overnight.

We’ll expand responsibly, market by market, while maintaining the standards that made FYND different.

For customers, we’re building toward more availability without sacrificing reliability or personal service.

For drivers, we’re building a platform where you can keep 75% of your FYND fares, access heavily subsidized commercial rideshare insurance, continue working other platforms, and know exactly where your insurance money is going.

FYND is becoming a rideshare company.

FYND is expanding beyond Florida.

And we’re going to do rideshare differently.

Hello everyone!

I’m Malachi, the owner and founder of FYND here in Pensacola. It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, so I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself, my wife, and our business.

My name is Malachi Moulden, and I’ve lived here in Pensacola since sometime before 2018. Honestly, when we do the math, we still can’t figure out exactly when I moved here. 😂

My wife, Abigail Moulden, was born and raised right here in beautiful Pensacola, and together we own and operate FYND.

Almost three years ago, we started this journey with one goal: to separate ourselves from Uber and Lyft by providing more predictable pricing, cleaner vehicles, better customer service, and an overall better transportation experience.

Like every new business, our first year was spent figuring things out. At the time, our goal was simple: save people money while still being fair. We would look at what Uber or Lyft was charging, apply a discount, and that became our price.

Last year, we completely redesigned our pricing system. One thing that surprised us was that many of the customers who had been with us since the beginning actually told us to raise our prices because they felt we were undervaluing what we offered. In many cases, we were charging more than 50% less than Uber and Lyft.

Now, as we approach our third year in business, I can honestly say that we won’t always be cheaper than Uber or Lyft. Some people may wonder why.

The truth is that our pricing is built differently.

We charge less in fees, less per mile, and keep our pricing as straightforward as possible. Uber and Lyft use dynamic pricing, where their AI adjusts fares based on many different factors. Uber has publicly discussed that pricing can be influenced by factors such as supply and demand, trip details, and other marketplace signals. There have also been reports and studies suggesting pricing can vary based on things like the neighborhood you’re requesting a ride from or even the payment method being used, including premium credit cards. Whether every factor applies to every ride or not, the reality is that prices on those platforms can change dramatically from one minute to the next.

With FYND, our pricing is simple:

• Flat $5 service fee
• Minimum fare of $15 or $20, depending on the vehicle
• $2.00 or $2.50 per mile, depending on the vehicle

The only dynamic pricing we have is a flat $15 after-hours fee.

“What are your hours?”

Our standard operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

“So you aren’t open 24/7?”

Actually, we are. Every ride simply needs to be scheduled at least 8 hours in advance. That allows us to properly plan our schedule and continue providing reliable service, even in the middle of the night.

One thing we’ve learned over the last few years is that many of our customers aren’t simply looking for the lowest price—they’re looking for reliability.

A large portion of our customers are traveling to and from Pensacola International Airport, often leaving for work at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning or getting home late at night. Those are also the times when Uber and Lyft prices are often at their highest, and when finding a driver can sometimes be difficult.

We’ve seen countless Facebook posts from people asking things like, “I have to be at work at 4 AM. Does anyone know an alternative to Uber?” or “I can’t get anyone to pick me up from the airport.”

That’s where we come in.

When you’ve scheduled your ride with us, we’re there. That’s why many of our regular customers tell us they’re happy to pay a little more if it means they know someone they trust will actually show up when nobody else will.

One of the biggest benefits of our pricing is consistency.

A ride from Pensacola International Airport (PNS) to Pensacola Beach during our normal hours is approximately:

🚗 FYND X: Around $28
🚐 FYND XL: Around $37.50

After hours:

🚗 FYND X: Around $43
🚐 FYND XL: Around $52.50

For comparison, I’ve attached a screenshot from Uber taken today (Thursday around 3:30 PM).

At that moment:

🚗 Uber X: Around $37
🚐 Uber XL: Around $66

Sometimes we’ll be cheaper.

Sometimes we’ll be about the same.

Occasionally, we may even cost a little more.

But what we strive to provide every single time is predictable pricing, clean vehicles, dependable service, and the peace of mind that comes from booking with a locally owned company that truly values every customer.

To everyone who has supported us over the past three years, thank you. Your trust has allowed us to keep growing, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Did you know Uber says this on its own website?

We came across this while looking at Uber’s airport transportation page:

“Uber doesn’t guarantee that a driver will accept your ride request.”

Source: https://www.uber.com/us/en/ride/how-it-works/reserve/

Now, to be fair, that’s simply how rideshare works. A trip can be scheduled, but a driver still has to accept it.

That’s one of the biggest differences between a rideshare platform and a transportation company.

When you book with FYND, you’re booking directly with a local company that knows about your ride ahead of time.

No algorithms.

No hoping someone accepts the trip.

No wondering whether a driver is going to be available for that 4:30 AM airport ride.

Just real people, local drivers, and a company that takes responsibility for your transportation.

That’s why many of our customers choose FYND for:

✈️ Airport transportation
🏥 Medical appointments
💼 Work commutes & business travel
🌅 Early morning departures
🌙 Late-night arrivals

At the end of the day, transportation isn’t just about getting from Point A to Point B.

It’s about knowing your ride is taken care of.

That’s the difference.

Did you know FYND can also pick you up from the Pensacola Bay City Ferry?

And honestly… did you even know Pensacola has a ferry?

The Pensacola Bay City Ferry provides service between Downtown Pensacola, Fort Pickens, and Pensacola Beach, with hop-on and hop-off service throughout the day.

Guys, let’s be honest—when was the last time you planned something romantic?

And no, McDonald’s nuggets at 10 PM do not count.

What about a Downtown Sunset Cruise? Even better, have FYND pick you up, take you to the ferry, and then pick you back up afterward so you can head home without worrying about driving or parking.

The ferry also offers special experiences throughout the year, including:

• Blue Angels practice cruises
• Blue Angels air show cruises
• Fourth of July fireworks viewing
• Sunset and sightseeing cruises

Sometimes the best date-night ideas are already right here in Pensacola.
