Peggy’s shop has been operating in Santa Fe, NM since 1980! This shop has wayyy more books than makes sense (think Harry Potter tent). She has an extensive sci-fi section along with great options for adventure nonfiction and Maritime fiction! It’s a true miracle to walk into a used bookshop with this many books and this much organization.

Peggy’s favorite book as a teenager was Jane Eyre and now she just reads everything that piques her interest.

Hello Friends,

Thank you for your love and support thus far. We will be in shop from 2-7 today and tomorrow, with tomorrow being our last day we will be open to the public.

We are in need of boxes! So please drop any boxes you can to us so we can donate our remaining books this weekend.

Please come and say hello, leave a note in our memorial book for David, and gather a few good reads. We love you, and we thank you for being our community.

Hello All,

It is with great sadness that we share that David, the owner and heart of The Book Pedaler, has passed away.

This next week his friends and TBP members will be in shop from 2-7 M-F. We will have a donation jar out if you wish to contribute to closing needs as well as David’s final wishes. We ask that you bring a bag and a mask, and take what you want to donate to various charities/groups you work with, or enjoy in your own home. Our shared mission has always been to find loving hands and minds for our books.

David is a man with a thousand lives, and a thousand stories. We will have a memorial book out for your own stories with Dave. We can’t wait to hear about his presence in your life.

Details for a Celebration of Life ceremony coming soon.
