Hey ladies! Yes I've been MIA! Just so many things going on! I'm sure you all relate! Back on heart monitor, surgery set for 5/14 and Chewy had to get put down. Plus we lost one of our own! I haven't forfotten about all you beautiful ladies who support my page. And simply put, without YOU, I wouldn't be able to sustain! So, to all of you amazing loveys, who have been supporting me, my family, and my small business, I just want to let you know how THANKFUL I am to have YOU in our lives! I love the atmosphere, small classes, trainers, as well as the people and the all around work-outs. I'm using muscles, I didnt even know I had😂! In six months, I should turn into a beast!🤣🤣🤣.
