I need baskets for COUNTRY STRONG: A day for LiveSTRONG @ Herman & Luther’s
Listen to me, I know you’re busy. I know you are exhausted from these kids and this summer.
Here’s what else I know,
Someone out there is about to start cancer treatment. Someone out there has the same “TO DO” list as you and they have cancer treatment on their list in addition to everything else.
Well, when they need help? I’m going to answer the call. When the treatments compromise their strength, balance , flexibility and decrease cardiovascular capacity? MY TEAM will answer the call and help them. For us? Survivorship begins at day 1 of diagnosis. We are currently getting our 2 fall classes all set up now. AM and PM running concurrent. NO ONE is turned away. NO ONE is ever charged 💰 for this program. NO ONE does Livestrong at the YMCA better than EL Y. I say that with 100% confidence. This program? It’s my legacy. It will keep going long after I leave the Y. Because we built it. My team? Gold standard. Our program? Same. Survivorship is the priority in our wellness department. However we can’t do it without you. We need your help. If you cannot donate a 🧺? Could you share this with someone who can? We need you! All of you. We will begin selling tickets and displaying baskets August 26th at Eastern Lycoming YMCA. 1 month before the event. If you can help? Just holler I will come pick up your basket. If you can’t that’s ok, please share with someone who can!
