- Troubleshoot complex systems from an installation and programming perspective

- Complete delivery and installation of audio/video, control and networking equipment

- Communicate often to the client. Check in often and ensure the client knows the next steps. Follow-up quickly and make it easy for the client to participate in the experience

Q: How long have you been working to make us look
this good?
A: Hard to believe, but I've been managing 360 Tech's marketing efforts for just over two years now.

Q: What led you to 360 Tech Solutions?
A: Fate, I guess? I happened to run into Jon at a local
diner when he was out with his family. We got to talking and the rest is history.

Q: Favorite thing about 360 Tech?
A: The fact that our marketing efforts have really paid
off! Over the last two years I've watched this company grow exponentially. It's awesome to see.

Q: What's your ideal temp setting?
A: I definitely run cold, so I am most happy at a solid
80 degrees. 🔥

Q: What’s your experience in the tech industry?
A: When I was younger, I was in a band and we would all tinker on an old digital recorder so we can make recordings of our songs. That led me to go to vocational school for audio recording and then college where I studied live event production.

Q: What led you to 360 Tech Solutions?
A. I've always been fascinated by smart home technology, and as I started learning more about its capabilities, I knew I wanted to go all in. Once I found 360 Tech, it seemed like the perfect fit!

Q: Favorite thing about 360 Tech?
A: No job is the same. Every day is new and exciting!

Q: You have to delete all but three apps from your phone. Which are you keeping?
A: Oh that’s tough... Probably my text messaging app for sure, Google Chrome, and Spotify!

Introducing our new series, get to know your . To start off, we’d like to introduce you to the man himself, our President and Founder, Jon Dobrowolski. 👇👇👇

Q: What’s your experience in the tech industry?
A: I started toying with electronics as a kid, then got into car electronics in my teens. Eventually, I went to school for electrical engineering. Once I saw the capabilities of electronics within a home, I was sold on starting my biz and becoming Your Smart Home Pro.

Q: What inspired you to start 360 Tech Solutions?
A: I've always wanted to be a . After working at a local "big box" store, I realized most people don't provide the same (slightly obsessive haha!) care and service that I strive for in my work. If you can't find a great boss to work for, my advice? Become your own. (OR apply to work for us! Still .)

Q: Favorite things about leading 360 Tech?
A: Constantly growing my knowledge base. Teaching others about something I'm passionate about. Seeing the joy on a client's face when they realize their home is now working for them, not the other way around.

Q: You have to delete all but three apps from your phone. Which are you keeping?
A: Hmm... that's a hard one! Must haves: phone, email, and notes. Fun ones I'm sneaking on: Control4, LOXONE, and OvrC Cloud Management.
