One thing I’ve learned over the years is that recovery is where the magic actually happens. Most people focus on the workout, the hike, the long day, the grind. But your body doesn’t rebuild itself while you’re pushing. It rebuilds itself afterward.
That’s why I created RECOVER.
I didn’t want another basic protein smoothie on the menu. I wanted something I would personally reach for after the gym, after a long day building businesses, after a hike, or even when I simply needed something nourishing and wasn’t in the mood for fruit.
The combination is simple and intentional:
1. Cacao for magnesium and antioxidants.
2. Banana and dates to help replenish energy.
3. Chocolate protein to support muscle recovery.
4. H**p seeds for healthy fats and minerals.
5. Maca for resilience, vitality and virility.
6. Lion’s Mane because keeping the mind sharp is just as important as taking care of the body.
The result is creamy, rich, and satisfying. To be honest, it feels more like a treat than something healthy. I don’t really believe in separating physical health from mental health. They influence each other every single day.
RECOVER was built to support both.
For those looking to take it a step further, there are a few additions I personally enjoy and recommend:
The Mushroom Matrix is my favorite upgrade, adding Reishi, Cordyceps, and additional Lion’s Mane for deeper support of recovery, resilience, focus, and energy.
Protein Elevate is perfect for anyone using RECOVER after the gym or as a meal replacement, adding another 18 grams of plant protein on top of the base 35 grams.
Collagen Boost supports joints, tendons, ligaments, skin, and connective tissue, making it a great option for active lifestyles.
Golden Glow adds turmeric, ginger, and honey for an extra bold anti-inflammatory kick.
And if you’re looking for sustainable energy rather than a caffeine rush, Solar Charge stacks beautifully with RECOVER through the combination of maca, cordyceps, and cacao nibs.
My personal order?
RECOVER with Mushroom Matrix and Solar Charge.
I find that combination to be well rounded, nourishing, grounding, supportive of recovery, and keeps both body and mind moving forward.
