We are hiring a TEMPORARY Customer Service Representative/ Office Assistant at our Pelzer office!

This position will be open for October 2025-June 2026

Summary of position:

- The ideal candidate would have the ability to work well with the office staff and drivers/yard crew
- Must have strong experience with the Microsoft suite of products as well as Google Docs. QuickBooks experience is preferred.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask while maintaining complete accuracy of tasks
- Experience with social media marketing is a strong plus
- Must have valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Must be dedicated, dependable, and reliable
- Requires excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter and work well with little supervision
- Works well in fast paced environments, and can complete day-to-day operations and responsibilities while maintaining accuracy of all functions
- Able to take direction and instruction from the director and office manager, as well as other staff and follow it directly with no variation or alteration
- Able to sit, stand crouch for periods of time with no issues

*THERE ARE NO BENEFITS DUE TO IT BEING A TEMPORARY POSITION*

Pay: $16.50 an hour
