Lance Ouellette grew up in a hard working, middle class home in Lawrence, MA learning all about the services he provides today. Since, Lance has moved to Pelham, NH where he is supported by his first passion: his two beautiful daughters and his lovely wife. Lance graduated from Methuen High school (1988) and went on to study at Arizona State University and Mesa Community College (1994). After graduating Lance took on his first job as a Property Manger for a large construction/Development Co. overseeing all operations and management duties. Lance has a strong knowledge and understanding when it comes to getting projects done on time and under budget. Lance Ouellette has worked in Construction and Facilities fields with companies such as: New Boston Management Inc., Hollywood Video/Entertainment Corp. Michaels Crafts, DWM Maintenance, Barnes and Noble Booksellers and more! Mission Statement:
