Great mixer for this evening- Classic Evan Sour- cheers!

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch Bourbon75 oz. Lemon Juice75 oz. Simple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin over ice and shake. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.

Reminder... BBC, our next bourbon pour is set for June 22, 2024. Theme: Support a local bar

The Wine Bunker has agreed to host our next pour. This is a cash bar. No outside drinks allowed.

We'll hang out on the patio and enjoy the setting. I'm asking all to purchase two drinks during the event.
