5.) All Sales are final! We do not do returns, exchanges, or store credit. This includes item purchased at a show and online! Buying online is always a risk as to if it will fit, how it looks in person, etc. Luckily today there are plenty of groups on Facebook or other social media outlets you can sell your outfits on if it doesn't fit your little one without you losing money on return shipping etc. (you can probably even get more for it then what you paid, our prices are the lowest around) If you purchase at a show you have had the opportunity to see the item before you purchase it. I always point out if there is a problem with the sizing such as if the item runs bigger or smaller then it is marked. I do my best to help people decide on if a item will fit their child or not, but please remember if your child is not with you at a show I have never seen the child before and you know your child better then I do. I will do my best to make a recommendation based on the information you have given me and according to our size chart. Again it is a recommendation and you know how your child’s fit better then we do. We base sizing upon True to size. I have come to know that everyone’s True to size is different and I can give you my child’s TTS when I am asked. I always give her weight and height and most of the time I have IRL pictures on the outfit on with either my child's TTS on or a friends child TTS on. I WILL ALWAYS TRY TO POST THE IN REAL LIFE PHOTO OF THE ITEM. I will do my best to provide pant length measurements when they are available. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. I am truthful and do not DECEIVE people and it is very hurtful when I get rude emails or comments accusing me of this. This has only happened a few times but again it is uncalled for and is hurtful. Please remember if you send a email that I am human and please be respectful of what I do. I am not a big retailer so my policy have to be different then a big box retailer. PREORDERS

When a item is list as $0.00shipped it means the shipping it built into the item and you will not pay shipping fees ontop of the price listed. This price DOES NOT INCLUDE sales tax. Sales tax is added on to all invoices.
