As for the call log, people are changing their caller ID to get information from people, the banks do not call you to confirm you got a charge on your account.
Stay protected, if you are questioning it. Go directly to your bank in person or give me a call and I’m happy to help determine if it was a real thing or not.

Customer came in and wanted to sell this new phone marketed for kids and seniors. Instantly was able to spot it was a fake. But instead of telling her no, gave her a little bit of $ just so I could take it apart 😂. But please please be careful on buying stuff from temu. I broke the plastic with my fingernail lifting it up which made me sad. But happy to show people if they come in how to spot that right away.
