This gluten-free Chex Mix is crunchy, salty, buttery, and built for beach bags, boat days, and “just one more handful” situations. Save this recipe for later.
Ingredients:
3 cups rice Chex
3 cups corn Chex
1 cup peanuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup gluten-free pretzels
1 cup gluten-free Cheez-Its
1 cup plantain chips
1 stick butter, melted
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Cow-Abunga seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250°F.
In a large bowl, combine rice Chex, corn Chex, peanuts, cashews, gluten-free pretzels, gluten-free Cheez-Its, and plantain chips.
In a separate bowl, stir together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and Cow-Abunga seasoning. Pour over the snack mix and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and toasty.
