Basement walls complete, first floor joists complete, first floor subfloor complete, and now working on the second floor. Next, get up onto the new 2nd floor with scaffolding so a new roof can be installed. Progress!

Walls are going up in the basement this week! Excited to see progress resume on this big building ;-)

Things are progressing! This is a huge project BUT will be oh so worth it once complete.

What do you think of our proposed exterior renovations?! A cool feature will be the 2 clear garage doors at the front of the building. These doors will be able to be rolled up on nice days, with counter height seating, giving us a nice “open air” feel.

DEMO is in full swing... Look at the progress from the pics back in November up to this video from today. A lot of work and time still to go but still pretty awesome seeing the progress!
