Allow us to introduce ourselves. We’re Nick and Kirsta Roskam, the new owners of Paw Paw Rentals.

We’re West Michigan natives and proud Western Michigan University grads. Nick has spent the last 16 years building and scaling a software company, using technology to help businesses run smarter and more efficiently. Kirsta works in marketing and advertising, helping brands connect with their customers and grow in meaningful ways - but at the end of the day, we’re just a family who believes in hard work, good service, and showing up for our community.

Paw Paw Rentals has been a trusted name in this community for a long time, and that’s not something we take lightly. We're honored to have the opportunity to expand on the legacy the Tuma family has built. Our goal is simple: keep doing things the right way, take care of our customers, and continue building on what’s already been done.

You can expect the same reliable service and the same familiar faces -Joe, JT, Jason, and the crew you know around the shop aren’t going anywhere. Over time, you’ll also start to see some updates behind the scenes and at the counter. Better systems, easier booking and communication, and a few smart improvements to make renting faster and more convenient - without losing that local, personal feel.

As many of you know, we have sold Paw Paw Rentals to start a new chapter in our lives. Before we go, we wanted to say thank you, thank you thank you!

From the bottom of our hearts we appreciate your support, your patronage and the wonderful conversations and friendships. Getting to know our customers has been the highlight of this incredible 36 year journey!

Nick and Kirsta Roskam took over on April 2nd, 2026. We are passing the torch to someone who shares the same passion for the rental industry, and I hope you will give them the same support you gave us!
