So after a short hiatus, we are back…sort of.

Our new location in Pasadena will not be offering a showroom and your typical retail experience. Instead, Masada Tactical will now offer “concierge Gun shopping experience”.

We will order fi****ms specifically for customers. If you don’t know what you want, our knowledgeable staff will be happy to schedule a time to go to the range with you, have you try a variety of fi****ms, and help you choose which one is best for you! No more buying a firearm just because your beat friend has that same one, only to realize it doesn’t feel good in your hands when it is too late.

Over the course of my administration, I have consistently supported the right of law-abiding citizens to own and carry fi****ms, while enacting responsible and common sense measures to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and the mentally ill.

Last month, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a provision in New York law pertaining to handgun permitting that is virtually indistinguishable from Maryland law. In light of the ruling and to ensure compliance with the Constitution, I am directing the Maryland State Police to immediately suspend utilization of the ‘good and substantial reason’ standard when reviewing applications for Wear and Carry Permits. It would be unconstitutional to continue enforcing this provision in state law. There is no impact on other permitting requirements and protocols.

Today’s action is in line with actions taken in other states in response to the recent ruling.

“Since 1911, the State of New York has required individuals who would like to carry a concealed weapon in public to show a need to do so for the purpose of self-defense and to acquire a license," Biden wrote. "More than a century later, the United States Supreme Court has chosen to strike down New York’s long-established authority to protect its citizens."

“The case, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, was the first major 2nd Amendment case to come before the Supreme Court in more than a decade. New York's law required a person to show "proper cause" before being able to obtain a concealed carry license.”

“The ‘proper cause’ standard allowed state officials to determine whether applicants had supplied a specific reason for needing a firearm, denying access to people who stated they simply wanted to protect themselves.

“In this case, petitioners and respondents agree that ordinary, law-abiding citizens have a similar right to carry handguns publicly for their self-defense.”

“We too agree, and now hold, consistent with Heller and McDonald, that the Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home," Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in the Court's opinion. "Because the State of New York issues public-carry licenses only when an applicant demonstrates a special need for self-defense, we conclude that the State’s licensing regime violates the Constitution." - Fox News.

Silver Savage Episode 2: Tom Alibrando

Tom is the National LE Sales manager for IWI and he also runs the IWI Academy.
To spent 11 years in law-enforcement, spending time in patrol, SWAT, and as a fi****ms instructor for agency and a lead instructor for the police academy. Tom received hisPolitical science degree with a concentration in Mid East Politics and a History minor.
Tom spent a decade working for Blackwater/ Academi in Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, and Mexico, and he took part in various task forces with US State Department and DOD, including working in the anti-terrorism assistance program, and as the Lead Instructor in CQB tactics, Sniper, Personal Security Specialist, and all fi****ms disciplines from belt fed to pistol. Most recently, Tom as been working at IWI (Israel Weapon Industries), where he is the National LE sales manager, runs the IWI academy, and assists with product development.
