【Special Orders for Books from Japan】
Looking for a specific book from Japan? We can special order it for you. Whether it's craft books, manga, or any other titles, please let us know.
【How it works】
1 Send us the book details (ISBN, Author, Publisher, or a screenshot/photo if you're not sure) along with your name and contact info via DM or Email ([email protected]).
2 We will check the availability and reply with the price and estimated delivery time.
3 Once you agree with the price and timeline, you can pay either in person at our store or via an online invoice we send you. We will process your order after payment is confirmed.
Please Note:
• Pre-payment required.
• All special orders are final (No returns or refunds).
• Store pickup only (at our Pasadena location). Shipping is not available.
Next Shipping Schedule: The next arrival is expected around the end of June. If you'd like to receive your books in this batch, please submit your request by June 10th.

【ご注文の流れ】

2 こちらより、取り寄せ可能かどうか、またお値段と納期をお伝えします。
3 お値段と納期に納得していただけましたら、先払い（店頭でのお支払い、またはこちらから送付するオンラインインボイスでの決済）をお願いいたします。ご入金確認後に注文プロセスを開始します。
注意：
• 先払いとなります。
• ご注文確定後の返品・返金は不可です。
• パサデナの店頭受け取りのみとなります（発送・郵送は承っておりません）。
納期について： 現在のところ6月末の納品を予定しています。このスケジュールでの入荷をご希望の方は、6月10日までにお問い合わせください。
