Since 1918, New Jersey based Hudson has been a leader in the retail distribution business. In 2025 we distribute weekly to over 15,000 Northeast (from Virginia to Maine) food, discount, drug and travel center retail locations. Retailers like Walmart, Safeway, Target, ShopRite, CVS, Stop & Shop, Barnes & Noble along with airport retailers like Hudson News and others depend on our supply chain expertise and have worked with us for decades.

For the past two years we have been rolling out our cannabis division starting with distributing leading accessory brands to dispensary and smoke shop locations in NJ which has now expanded to 22 states.
2025 was a milestone for us since our Annual Cannabis Class-4 Distributors License application was approved by the state of New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC).

Build out of our licensed cannabis distribution center within our existing 135,000 square foot NJ facility is underway.

Hudson Cannabis Warehousing and Distribution services includes:
• Warehouse climate-controlled storage of all CRC regulated Cannabis/THC products including flower, v**e and edibles.
• Full state of NJ Distribution service coverage from Cultivator to Manufacture to Dispensary.
• Complete pick/pack/ship order processing capabilities.
• Real time inventory control/reporting utilizing Metrc end-to-end supply chain visibility to track and trace all cannabis products from seed to sale.

The addressable New Jersey cannabis market is huge; dispensary sales topped $1 Billion in 2024!
