Today we honor the 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act—a landmark civil rights law that opened doors for millions.

We pay tribute to Justin Dart Jr., the “father of the ADA,” whose relentless advocacy helped make this law a reality. We also recognize the powerful leadership of Senator Tom Harkin, Representative Tony Coelho, and President George H.W. Bush—champions of access, dignity, and inclusion.

At Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration, we continue this legacy by building inclusive playgrounds, promoting education, and creating communities where every child belongs.

We replaced old mallets at Turtle Grove Park (Albany, GA) today. Retuning some wood tone bars is next.
