Welcome to Black Sheep Consignment! We are a consignment shop dedicated to selling current style clothing for the whole family, household items and decor, pictures, accessories, furniture, and more! All of our merchandise is in excellent condition and we pride ourselves in keeping our store clean. House Rule: the words junk and s**t are not allowed to be spoken in our shop! This is not a thrift sh

op, junk shop, antique shop - we do things a little different like any good Black Sheep. Please respect the items in the store. We are located on Route 30 in Parkesburg/West Sadsbury about a 1/4 mile west of Walmart in a beautiful 200 year old farmhouse. We are located in the ARA Center along with other great businesses such as the Salt Vault, Chester County Pediatrics, a chiropractor, and more. We have TONS of parking - you can park anywhere to the left of the building. The entrance of the shop is located closest to the parking lot in the back. Consigning: There is a yearly fee of $20. You can consign once a week up to 20 items (which may change depending on space). Consigning is done by appointment only - you can call the store, email, or stop in. The consignment period is 8 weeks and at 28 days the items will be discounted 20%. Consigners receive 50% when the items sell. At the end of the 8 weeks if the items are not picked up they will become store property. All clothing must be current styles(within last five years), cleaned, ironed, and brought in on hangers. Hangers will be returned. No stains, tears, etc. Items MUST be ready to go on the floor when they come in. We have every right to not accept items. Any other items consigned must be clean, dust free, not broken or missing pieces, and current usable items. We will take antiques also. We will not be accepting electronics. All items are seasonal. Please take note of the board in the consigning office for any holiday items that may be accepted. We may limit items depending on space.

I have officially turned in the keys to Black Sheep. I cannot believe how fast three years went by! And I am happy to announce in two quick weeks we will officially be moving to Savannah. I am so excited for this next part in life.

Some may have noticed the "For Lease" signs on the building. In May I approached my landlord about selling my business and tying my lease into it. I was told by email that someone else was interested and they are moving forward with them. Karma will always be waiting and while it brings me joy that it struck that location and there are no renters, it's extremely hurtful that I was not able to allow someone else to love Black Sheep as I did. I will enjoy updates of it remaining empty another five years or more. Between the horrible property management (Hostetter) who rarely answers emails to the person who didn't want to admit there was mold I do think it will be difficult.

For those of you missing Sparrow - here is a picture with her bone. I know she misses going to the shop and getting all the love. Even after having a location I still have things to sell and am having a yard sale this weekend at my house (Friday and Saturday). If interested in address please message me.

Remember to always shop local first. Owning a business is extremely hard and it was an amazing time in my life. Thank you to everyone who supported us!

It's been forever since I posted and I will have another fun one coming soon. Today we are cleaning out. Two items for sale along with free items on the porch. Heavy duty clothing rack on wheels. Double sided and iron $40. Shelving unit $20. Pick up has to be today!

Guess what?! Yes we officially closed in December however we still have things left....SO on Saturday we are going to have our doors open from 11-2ish. 99% of inventory left is $1. We have clothes and household items left. Other items will be priced low. We do have fixtures for sale as well. STOP IN!! It is cash sales only - no exceptions (we do not have our credit card machine). As long as the sheep is out front on Saturday (starting at 11) we are open - our signs are down and our flag will not be out. Look for the video Friday of what is left in the store.

I can't believe this is it. Our last day (plus maybe one more) open. It's a sad day so that's why it's raining - sorry! Good news is the store is 80% off! Plus all clothes are $2. ONLY $2 - so pretty much free for amazing clothes. Stop in today and shop with us until 3ish.

Today is exactly the reason we are moving south!! ❄️❄️ This weekend is our last two days open however with the weather we will be opening late today (noon) if the roads are not bad, we will be open tomorrow at 11, and we may open a surprise day next week.
