🚨 NFA UPDATE 🚨
Believe us — we want this as bad as you do. But we can’t risk losing our license, and we have to verify ATF compliance in every aspect of our business before we change how we operate.

Regarding suppressors and other NFA items: we’re aware of the recent NFA ruling and are waiting on written guidance from the ATF before changing how we process these sales. Until we have official confirmation in writing, Blackland Arms will NOT transfer suppressors or other NFA items on a background check alone.

We’ve reached out to the ATF directly for clarification and will post an update as soon as we hear back. Other shops may already be operating under the new terms — we’ll resume normal course only when we’re certain we’re fully compliant with the laws governing NFA sales.
