When we take a risk and present the Gift of ourselves to another, that, is naked emotion.
One doesn't express emotion simply by stating the emotion. We first must discover why the emotion is being blocked. Then the reasons for the block(s) must be disputed. The focus will be on the disputed falsehood, bringing ones beliefs into present reality.

Emotional expression is not difficult; understanding the fears, working through them and being vulnerable to risk is what is challenging. If you truly desire to express emotion then the actual desire will be to open-up and love, to risk being hurt by unfolding your heart, mind and spirit to those you want to love.
