Hello! Welcome to ★Mad Cutter Designs★ My name is Joelle! I'm a housewife, stay at home mom and homeschooling! We have two beautiful kiddos, one being on the autism spectrum. We are a total outdoor family! I have always had an extremely creative side. My goal is to provide great pricing, excellent and comfortable products! Products for special needs families, families who are outdoors, etc. I make custom, affordable home decor, apparel, drinkware, decals and more! ★ My current turn around time is 2-5 weeks. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to respond to messages. ★ All communication is done ONLINE. I work out of our home where there is NO CELL SERVICE. So there is no phone number listed. I ONLY take orders via email, messenger and Etsy. I also will NOT meet at your home or in public.

★ As of 5/21/2018 I will no longer be allowing customers to provide their own apparel items. I will also no longer be doing local meets/ drop offs. Online payment (no cash or check) must be made before I proceed with your order. When order is complete it will be shipped. ★ Payment★ Payment is due at time of purchase. Since all items are created custom, cancellations are not available. ★ If personalization isn't specific at time of order this may cause a delay in your order. ★ If you need the order done by a certain date PLEASE let me at time of order. Depending on time frame it may be considered a RUSH order that will acquire an additional fee of $10. ★Shipping★ ★ Current turn around time is 2-5 weeks. Excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, shipping time is usually 1-4 business days through USPS. ★ Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. We cannot control shipping times and we can only go by the estimated delivery dates given to us by the post office. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or items shipped to the wrong address (as provided by buyer.) ★ Express mail is the ONLY guaranteed shipping method and will arrive in 1-3 business days and can be purchased for an additional fee by request. ★ If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will contact you through Facebook/ email. You have 30 days to respond with correct shipping information. If you fail to respond within the 30 days. we will consider the shipment abandoned and no refunds will be given. ★ If you suspect that your mail piece has been lost or delayed, please contact the USPS Track & Confirm customer service at 1-800-222-1811. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders. ★Returns and exchange details★ ★ I hope you to be 100% thrilled with your order. If for any reason you are not, please send me a message and I will work with you to fix the problem. ★ If your product is damaged, incorrect due to an error on my part or unhappy with your item, I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. Please message me if you are not satisfied with your purchase before leaving negative feedback. ★ Because I offer such a large selection of items that can be personalized, we do not keep items in stock, and all items to be personalized, are purchased 1-3 days after payment. Therefore, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled after payment is received. ★ If you list a size that I do not carry in the note section, I will send the closest size I have. Ex: I do not carry 0-3M I will send you a NB size. I do not carry 3-6M, I will send a 6M size. Please be sure to read my description prior to ordering, sizes available are listed in description. ★FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS★ 1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? My production time is 2-5 weeks then 1-5 days for shipping depending on which method you choose. All orders are shipped from Paradise, CA. 2. Will the glitter shed? The glitter will never shed or flake off. All shirts are machine washable. 3. Do you take custom orders? Yes! Contact me via Etsy or Facebook. 4. When will my order ship? Production time is 2-5 weeks. You received an estimated ship date on your receipt from Etsy. It will ship on or before that date. 5. If I choose the shipping upgrade to priority mail, does my order ship sooner than the stated production time? No. Choosing priority mail simply cuts down the time in transit. Priority mail is 1-3 days while First class (my regular shipping method) is 2-5 days. By choosing priority mail your order will still have a 2-5 week production time. 6. Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package is mailed you will get an email with a tracking number. 7. My package says delivered but I haven't received it? Unfortunately this is out of my hands and I suggest that you contact your local post office. 8. Why is the turn around time so long? I am a mom of two, homeschool and one child having autism. They are my priority. Taking care of them and educating them. I try to have a quick turn around time but things do come up with the kids at times (sick, etc). I do orders in the order I receive them. If you have ANY questions please feel free to message me!
