Rubicon Coffee has been our name for years. It’s seen a lot of beans, a lot of brews, and a lot of growth.
But it was time for something that felt more like us—more rooted, more intentional, more future-facing.

So here we are: Bower Coffee.
Same roasters. Same standards. Same obsession with quality.
Just a new name that reflects where we’re headed.

We’re still organic. Still Colorado-roasted. Still committed to sustainability, community, and bold design.
