well,... as for our State Red Snapper Days, we have the 11th, 12th and 13th open this weekend with 15 to 25 knot winds and anywhere from 2-4 foot seas to 3-6 foot seas with just enough time to try to stand up between them... :)
(what's a fishing trip without some fancy foot work???)
I do still know where a couple fish live in the bay though..

we get 1 more weekend though, and the 25th, 26th and 27th still open for snapper this year..
still running bay trips also.. have a great day...
hope this storm passes by without too much trouble!

Took a family out fishing last week and we had a good 270lb to 300lb bull shark eating snappers and a nice grouper just under the boat.. then it decided to go after the Minn Kota trolling motor while on spot lock.. it latched on and tried to rip it off the front of the boat ... you never know what will happen when you leave the dock in the morning..!

We hope to see you soon on the Broken Compass Charters, she is a 29' Fountain Center Console with 225 outboards. We are a State Boat this year so within a 9 mile distance from the Florida shore line.. as people who fish with me before know that is just fine and it is a blessing due to the fuel costs! I will as always try my best to put my Charter Guests on good quality fish!

like always there are restaurants nearby to cook up your fish and there is a fish house trailer right near to get your catch cleaned.
Hats, sunscreen, sunglasses and what you want to eat or drink is all you need to bring with you.
We will always have extra waters, fish towels and extra ice if you may need some.
The Broken Compass is quick to get out and get on the fish.
No matter what type of fish you want to target be it Shark, Snapper, Grouper, Cobia, Kingfish, Bonita or Mahi Mahi we will be ready! If you want to stay inshore for Redfish and Spanish Mackerel we can do that to.
We also offer sunrise and sunset trips or just cruising around looking for birds or those pesky Dolphins.. :) .
