Little life update! First, THANK YOU guys for all the prayers for my dad over these last couple of weeks. We have felt every single one of them!

A week ago, his lung wasn’t quite ready for the chest tube to come out, so they were able to send him home with a smaller unit. Wellllll… today we made the trip back to UAB and THE CHEST TUBE IS OUT!! 🙌🏻l

And even better news… all of his margins were clear and at this time, my dad is CANCER FREE! 😭🙌🏻 PRAISE JESUS!

He’ll do a few rounds of immunotherapy and then, Lord willing, that’s a wrap!

We are so incredibly thankful. Thankful for his doctors and nurses, thankful to finally be on this side of surgery, and SO thankful for every prayer, message, text and check-in from you guys. You have loved on our family so well through all of this.

God is SO good! 🙌🏻
