Jim Riche framed photographs of the Forever Marilyn statue by Seward Johson in its original location in Palm Springs, California. Forever Marilyn is the 26 ft. tall, 34,300 lbs. sculpture of Marilyn Monroe , inspired by the famous photograph taken by Bernard of Hollywood on the set of the film, The Seven Year Itch. The statue was acquired by PS Resorts to remain permanently in Palm Springs.

This photograph was taken by acclaimed photographer Jim Riche best summed up by his Photographic Design: A way of looking at the ordinary with a new perspective.

Print is 11 inches by 14 inches and comes framed, available in either color or black and white versions. Available in store, online, and beginning May 28 at the Some Like it Shop inside the Hyatt Palm Springs.

About Marilyn 100:

Palm Springs is celebrating what would have been Marilyn Monroe’s 100th birthday with a weekend of entertainment, art exhibits, and pool parties. The event serves as a fundraiser for Palm Springs Pride to support LGBTQ+ communities locally and globally. Participants will gather in downtown Palm Springs to attempt to break the world record with over 500 people dressed in iconic white dresses and blonde curls.
