To our Jewish mamalehs (now bubbes!) 💛

Thank you for kvelling over every little thing we did, kvetching when we didn’t call, schlepping us to Hebrew school, and giving us just enough chutzpah to believe we could build something of our own.

You taught us that keeping our traditions alive is a form of love. Now, as we raise our own little boys, we finally understand just how much.

Day-to-day, it can be hard to feel the progress. But looking back at these photos, we can see it.

Every year, we get a little better and a little bigger. Starting in 2022 with a few menorah designs to today with a whole Judaica line (and considerably fancier signage).

There’s no more important time than now to be here, doing this. Thank you for keeping us going 💖

Tchotchke was included in a recent Haaretz piece about how younger generations are reshaping Jewish life and culture in the US.

Almost a decade ago, we started this because we couldn’t find Judaica that felt like us. We just wanted pieces we’d actually want in our own home.

To now be part of this broader conversation alongside so many thoughtful, creative people doing this in their own way means a lot to us.
