We hope that everyone out there is enjoying this beautiful Mother's Day! Whether you are celebrating or remembering those Mothers that you love, the family and staff at The Rocking Horse recognizes a Mother's love is often the most unconditional love there is. Mothers see us all through our best and worst times of our lives. They celebrate our attempts, joys, and achievements. They are the ones, who many times, pick up the pieces after failures, sorrows and sickness. May all the mothers out there know how treasured they are for sacrificing so much of themselves so as to raise children to be strong, independent, loving and kind souls. This is also true for women who are Stepmothers, Grandmothers, Aunts, Guardians, Special Friend, Pet moms, plant moms, etc, who may step in as a Mother figure. May God bless you all!

On another note, we also want to THANK YOU Crawford County for helping make this past Small Business Week, a successful one for this small gift & flower shop! Be it an everyday occasion, Teacher Appreciation, Nurse's Day, Mother's Day week, graduation, a funeral or a wedding, we appreciate your business!

People, I know a lot of you out there think that fresh flowers are a waste of money and they just die. But if you ever have someone in your life bring home or have delivered beautiful flowers such as these, NEVER, EVER, dismiss the gesture. When your loved one goes out of their way to make a flower purchase, big or small, they are making a beautiful, romantic statement to you. Appreciate that person and return the love!
