While we are currently under renovation, Riverview Place is steadily transforming into a highlight destination of Palatka's Riverfront District!
The 1940’s building boasts over 8,500 sqft. of commercial space that includes a 2,000 sqft dining area on the 1st floor, and a 2,500 sqft ballroom with 16 ft high ceilings on the 2nd floor!
If the indoor space impresses you, the outdoor pavilions will blow your mind! The property includes a 2,000 sqft brick paved dinning and event area that includes a stage, all of which is surrounded by a vine-covered 8 ft privacy fence. The 2nd Pavilion is an adjoining 2,100 sqft courtyard that offers 600 sqft of covered dining space, a 15 ft brick oven and grill, a full service bar, and a 300 sqft storage building for dry goods and walk-in fridge.
Need to take your food to go? The front of the building offers a 400 sqft commercial kitchen facility with take-out window that can operate independently as its own ‘street food’ restaurant.
And to make deliveries easy, the building offers its own alleyway with private dumpster and double door commercial access to the main kitchen.
Once complete, RIVERVIEW PLACE will be the place to go in Palatka for a great time, whether it be for a casual bite to eat, a romantic night on the town, or celebrating a special event with friends and family.
