"Does balloon quality really matter that much?"

Absolutely! It's the difference between a professional setup vs an Amazon garland. There's a time and place for everything but long term or outdoor setups demand quality materials.

The sun was left out for 27 hours!!! Overnight, through a rain storm and the bright sun immediately after and it didn't budge!

The red and black setup was there for a week.. A WEEK, and it didn't budge!

Withstanding wind, turf, grass, sun, rain and other things balloons hate!
No popping, no falling, no moving!
And with a little shine spray, there would be no oxidation!
