Information about Food Allergies and Tree Nuts. All our soaps except Castile, made from olive oil, contain oil from one or more nuts listed here. These are Food Allergies, caused by ingesting tree nut products.

While we do not recommend ingesting our soaps, there is some possibility of a person with extreme food allergies having an allergic reaction to topical application of a wash-off product.

If in doubt, check with your doctor about doing a small patch test. If you have known anaphylactic reactions, be sure you always keep treatment medication on hand, read labels thoroughly, and refer any questions to your medical provider.
