Had some 2” beetle kill Ponderosa Pine billets that I created this body with. Black Walnut neck. Odezza custom wound pickups. This has great resonance and is very loud unplugged. That’s always a good sign. Nitro “Greenburst”. Great for country through a Fender style amp. Blues/Rock through a Marshall voiced amp.

Chambered, double bound mahogany body with maple top. Nitro cellulose gloss finish top, satin back and sides. Mahogany 10” radiused, 24 3/4” scale length neck with ebony fretboard and Sperzel locking tuners. Zhangbucker Blues P-90 pickups. Schroeder aluminum bridge with in-tune compensated saddles. My version of a Les Paul Special in Telecaster clothing. I might just keep this one for myself….

Here’s a nice scratch build that will straddle country and rock. Black Walnut chambered body with flamed Maple top. Roasted AAA Maple neck w/ Rosewood fret board. Premium hardware and Lindy Fralin pickups. You can meet and greet this guitar at Jimmy’s Music in Durango, Co.
