Drop off guidelines:
1. Everything must be clean, no holes, stains or missing buttons. Shoes must be clean.
2. No hangers
3. Neatly folded with outfits folded together

5. Toys must be clean and in working condition. No missing parts.
Effective July 1st 2017
There will be a $10 charge per regular tub and bag if guidelines are not followed as opposed to the $5 charge implemented now.

π¨π¨ PLEASE HAVE YOUR CONSIGNOR # READY FOR US TO LABEL YOUR DROP OFF'S WHEN YOU COME IN. EACH CONSIGNOR HAS OUR BUSINESS CARD WITH YOUR NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BACK. OTHERS HAVE SAVED IT IN THEIR PHONES. IF USING BOXES, INSTEAD OF A BAG OR TOTE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO WRITE THE NUMBER ON THOSE BOXES YOU BRING IN. THIS MAKES FOR A SMOOTHER TRANSITION. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER READY, YOU WILL HAVE A LONGER WAIT TIME TO COMPLETE THE DROP OFF PROCESS, AS WE WILL HAVE TO LOOK IT UP FOR YOU. IF OTHER CONSIGNORS COME IN BEHIND YOU AND ARE PREPARED WITH THEIR NUMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WE CAN SERVICE YOU. OUR FAMILY HAS GROWN AND WE NOW HAVE TO OPERATE ON A "FIRST COME PREPARED, FIRST SERVED" BASIS. IF YOU HAVE MISPLACED YOUR NUMBER AND CAN'T REMEMBER, PLEASE CALL US AT THE STORE OR MESSAGE US ON FACEBOOK AND WE WILL GET THAT TO YOU IF YOU PLAN ON DROPPING OFF. π¨π¨
1οΈβ£ We now carry Adult sizes, as most of you are aware of. Sizes XS - L are the sizes we carry.
2οΈβ£ We are NOT an Adult Consignment Store βΌοΈ We are a Children's Consignment Store. We carry Adult Clothing Sizes for TEENAGERS. The styles are "Teenage Trendy". Brands we take are American Eagle, Hollister, Nike, Adidas, UNDER ARMOUR....
If you are unsure about certain brands and styles, simply ask yourself, " Would my teenager wear this?" " Would I take my teen to shop for this/these specific brand(s) ?"
3οΈβ£ If adult clothing/shoes is brought in and does not meet these requirements, they automatically be donated. We definitely do not want to hurt anyone's feelings, but we simply do not have room on the floor to put out merchandise that will not sell to our demographic of customers. Again, keep in mind, we are a CHILDREN'S Consignment Store .
4οΈβ£ We will not be accepting items that are older than 2 years. With clothes and shoes there is obvious wear and tear and those are items we do not put on our sales floor. We are an "UPSCALE" Consignment Store. We are not a junk store. This also applies to any decor. We don't have room on the floor to put out "out-dated" items.
5οΈβ£ When it comes to dropping off toys, we DO NOT want a toy box dumped in a bag/box. Again, we do not have the time to figure out what goes to what, and put pieces together. If toys come on that DO NOT follow guidelines, they will automatically be donated. If random toys dumped from a toy box come in, they will automatically be donated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6οΈβ£ We have a lot of items come in that are not snapped, zipped, or buttoned. This is a BOLD rule on our guidelines. We do not have the time to this ourselves. There is a $10 charge for each bag/box/tub that is not snapped, zipped, buttoned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
7οΈβ£ SHOES!!!! Shoes need to be wiped clean and no mud caked on the bottom. Those will be an automatic donate.
8οΈβ£ TOYS & BABY GEAR - these items need be wiped cleaned, all pieces together, working batteries included, & fully charged. NO EXPIRED CAR SEATS OR BOOSTERS. WE CANNOT TAKE THESE ITEMS. PLEASE CHECK THE MANUFACTURED DATE / EXPERIATION DATE ON THE BOTTOM TO INSURE THAT THEY ARE NOT EXPIRED. GOOGLE CAN TELL YOU HOW LONG YOUR CAR SEAT/BOOSTER IS GOOD FOR, IN CASE THE EXP. DATE IS NOT ON YOUR STICKER. Please clean out any crumbs or other debris that might be caught in the creases of the seat.
9οΈβ£ All items brought in must be free of any odors including, smoke, moth balls/mildew odors from storage, etc. We all know that storage can sometimes cause a musty smell, so if this applies, please wash all clothing before bringing your items in.
