Truth is… a lot of business owners in the event industry didn’t start in an office.
We started in the warehouses, loading trucks at midnight, rolling tables, cleaning equipment, driving box trucks, setting tents in the rain, and figuring things out the hard way.

The office came AFTER the labor.

So when employees think the owner only answers emails now… they forget the boss probably did every position before building the company. That experience is what teaches efficiency, speed, problem solving, truck packing, install flow, and how to survive crazy event days.

Real leaders in this industry usually still know how to jump in and outwork the crew when needed — not to show off, but because they understand the grind that built the business 💯😂
