Montana BASS Nation and TBF Draw Combined

Day 1: Randy came out strong with 23.68 lbs, giving him a solid lead heading into Day 2. 💪

Day 2: He started off hot with a 4-pounder and a big kicker around 6 lbs… then things went quiet. 😬 Great start, but the bite shut down.

Randy quickly adjusted, ran around, and junk fished to put together a limit by about 9 a.m. He knew it was going to take around 18–19 lbs to hold the lead and wanted 20 lbs to feel safe.

After filling his limit, he slowed down and went back to picking apart his big fish areas — making key culls throughout the day. As the clock was winding down, he was sitting in the 19-pound range and looking for that one final upgrade.

In the end… Randy took the WIN by about 2 pounds! 🏆🎣 That huge Day 1 lead made the difference.

Points and standings are coming together for both the Montana BASS Nation and Montana TBF Championships.

Way to get it done, Randy! 🔥👏🎣

Russ broke in the 2026 Falcon F20 Predator last weekend at Dworshak — and let’s just say… this boat made an impression. 🔥🚤

Day #1 is in the books and Randy is sitting in 1st place with 23.68 lbs! 💪🐟

This is a big one — a dual organization event running concurrently, and Randy entered both:

🏆 BASS — a qualifier with the opportunity to advance to the Championship.

🏆 TBF — a huge opportunity to bypass the National Semifinals and go directly to the National Championship next spring… which can lead to the All-American with a win.

Randy knows what it takes — he’s already been an All-American once, and his goal is simple:
Do it one more time. 🎯

The preparation, passion, and competitive drive are all there. Now it’s one day at a time.
