After Nov 12th, anything containing 0.4 Mg or more must be purchased at a LICENSED Dispensary only! This is if they decide to carry it, and it will not get cheaper with a government-mandated monopoly. So…this is the Last summer of H**p and congratulations, you survived the Golden Age of H**p!
