The remainder of the development is in a horseshoe configuration, featuring a large parking field in the center and significant landscaping. The newest phase includes a high profile, freeway visible, 13,174 square feet single-tenant building and 13 small spaces ideal for either garden office or boutique retail. The finish on the project is stucco and stone with large glass store front windows. The Property is adjacent to several large office projects, a new Hilton Hotel, and a large hospital complex. The Palms Center includes a unique water tower monument sign, highly visible from the freeway. It is at the east end of Oxnard, approximately 50 miles north of Los Angeles and 35 miles south of Santa Barbara.
